Understanding my users
I conducted an online survey with 35 participants who were women who live and/or work in Metro Manila.
80% of the respondents claimed that they have been harassed in public, while 11.4% of them weren’t sure whether what they experienced is considered harassment and 8.6% said they have never experienced it.
However, in the next question, I asked the respondents to mark instances of harassment they experienced in the past.
To my surprise, I received 35 responses out of 35, indicating that the 8.6% of respondents who claimed they were never harassed in public are actually victims, but they are unaware of it.
